Destiny Christian College is more than academics, study and classes.
Our graduates have discovered that it is more than a education…it’s an
impartation. The accelerated programs at DCC can assist anyone at any
stage of life!
Graduates from Destiny are currently serving and occupying positions
with The Potter’s House in Dallas, Texas and KCM in Fort Worth.
Many others have gone on to work and serve as Pastors, Church Planters,
Traveling Ministers as well as Market Place Ministers in the Business
World.
With regional campuses located throughout the USA and our first
international campus in the Bahamas, DCC is positioned to train up a
new generation of leaders.
The
history of Destiny Christian College is an inspiring testament of what
vision backed by faith, innovation and integrity can accomplish. In
1997, under the leadership of Bishop Paul Crites, the institution was
incorporated in Tampa, Florida with a focused strategy of helping men
and women discover life’s purpose and strengthen skills for success in
the marketplace of ideas. Business professionals, Ministers, and
traditional college students were drawn to DCC and that same year the
new institution found favor and was awarded the ability to grant
degrees by the State of Florida Independent Colleges and Universities.
In 1998, the first graduating class of 28 students received their
Associate of Christian Leadership degree. In 2004 the college began
several satellite campuses around the USA and in 2006 was accredited by
the WWAC, the Worldwide Accreditation Commission of Christian Education
Institutions.
